The load bearing test was carried out with a window using 6 window brackets at full extension. An additional 203kg was added to the window and left to hang for 114hours the window drop was less than 1mm.
The maximum wind pressure was carried out on a window using 6 window brackets at full extension. A gradual pressure was added to the window with a maximum load of 4000N without failure or deformation of the window brackets.
The bracket is made from ferritic stainless steel, zinc alloy, copper nickel chrome plated and a grey acetal homopolymer.
Normal operating temperature is -20°C to +60°C.
Materials used will not degrade,
due to ultraviolet light or when using neutral acidity non-solvent cleaning chemicals, at a rate faster than other parts of the window assembly.
