We have developed a bracket to install windows into timber frame panels in the factory.
The bracket enables windows to be fitted securely and recessed within the timber frame to protect them during transit from the factory and whilst they are being erected.
The bracket has been weight and wind tested by Yale giving full confidence in the products ability.
- Reducing water damage
- Reducing manual handling
- Increasing security of the building
- Reducing risk of theft, damage and arson.
- Reducing your construction programme by 4 weeks as first fixing
can commence immediately
How it works
The bracket allows for the windows to be factory fitted and transported while being protected within the external wall panel itself. Therefore taking up no additional space on the lorry. Once the panels have been erected on site the transportation screws are removed. The window is then simply pushed out to its final position and the transportation screws reinstated to secure in place.
The benefits
Reducing water damage, securing the property immediately.
Enhanced fire protection and security. Added security may lead to reduced insurance costs.
Health and Safety reduced handling significantly reduces the risk of accidents.
Increased site productivity by allowing internal and external trades to start as soon as the frame is erected.
Construction programme should be reduced by approximately four weeks.
Reduces carbon footprint for new builds by reducing mileage and onsite traffic.
